Kabul Attacks (28/10/2009)
In a statement following the attacks on Kabul on 28 October, the British Ambassador, Mark Sedwill, said,
"The United Kingdom condemns today's attacks which killed at least six UN staff and injured several others. The cowardly acts of extremists will not sway the people of Afghanistan and their international friends in their determination to work together to build a peaceful and democratic future for all Afghans."
