The Foreign Secretary David Miliband has attended the inauguration of President Karzai.
He was interviewed about the inauguration during his visit to Kabul.
Before arriving in Afghanistan the Foreign Secretary delivered a speech on Afghanistan's long term future at the NATO Parliamentary Assembly.
